ANASTASIIA ZHUCHENKO

Anastasiia was born in Ukraine where she started to dance at the age of 4.  She has won many international 10-dance championships, was a finalist of the Blackpool Dance Festival in 2014 and was in the top 19 for that festival in 2010.  From 2013 to 2016 Anastasiia was the lead dancer for one of the most famous theaters in Europe, "Fantissima" in Germany. She has competed in Russia, Poland, Italy, and England.

Anastasiia started teaching in 2008 and has been with Accent Dance Studios since 2016. Anastasiia feels that dance is a conversation between the body and soul. She says, “I love teaching because when you see people enjoy dance and they are smiling and you see results, you just want to do it more and more.” She is an energetic, expressive performer.
